It is actually shocking to me as well, but I have to face it after listening to the message Brett left on Mort's VM today. He is not mentally prepared to lead this team in a season where the SB is the goal. This surprises me, but it is clear when you listen to him on that message. He is not prepared or willing to deal with a "Super Bowl or Bust" season.
Kinda sad.
But I will always love these years of ups and downs, triumphs and failures, TD's and INT's. Brett was the greatest of all time.
Now it is time for this team to come together and go the the SB. No one man will be responsible - it will have to be a true team effort.
