Packers waived OL Joe Toledo.

The 2006 fourth-round pick doesn't appear to have a future in the NFL.

Yeah, kind of wierd we had not heard his name at all since they signed him. Thompson and Moll must be looking alright.

I'm sad cuz I went to school in Toledo, and spent many years living there. Fellow current and former Toledoans will miss him being a Packer.

Holy Toledo - say it ain't so. Just thankful he wasn't one of our 4th round draft choices originally. Other than Cory Rodgers being a huge bust (might add Ingle Martin, David Clowney to list but wouldn't expect many 5th rounders have stuck on teams that drafted them anyways), although Thompson hasn't hit gold wiith most of his choices at least they aren't washing out in two years.

Is it just me or does all the recent news and quiet confidence suggest our OG play is going to be pretty solid this year?

Hopefully they won't get freaked out by Joe Toledo's empty locker. In fact, they better just get rid of it.

"Look out Joe, I'm coming home.

Old Times were Good Times."

Neil Young fans know the song.

The Packers got him cheap. Cut him cheap.

I don't think he's coming back for the practice squad.

No sweat.

Joe Toledo went to Washington.

He was a Husky, not a Toledo Rocket.

KY - If your name is "Joe Toledo," then you went to Toledo, whether you did nor not.

Got that logic?

What a great name for an offensive lineman. Somehow, "Chaz" Toledo or "Brent" Toledo just wouldn't have been the same...

Oh.

No, didn't get the memo on that one, Fritz.

So Joe Washington didn't go to OKlahoma.

But where did Joe Montana go to school then?

This is still all screwed up.

Glad to see that the 49'ers claimed him off waivers.

Good luck Joe.
