Trade Favre to a crappy AFC team for a conditional draft pick
a) no compensation if he doesn't play
b) 3rd round pick if they do poorly
c) 2nd round pick if they do greater than 500
d) 1st round pick if they make it to the divisional round in the playoffs
Also it would have to be conditional that they could not trade him for the first year.
This way they are out of the picture, - Favre won't play for a crap team, and if he does the packers get a pick. The team that trades for him won't be out anything unless he plays. Win for everyone except Favre I guess.
