Take a note out of Chicago's QB for the future plan?

Because he won a coin flip against Kyle Orton on Wednesday, Rex Grossman took the first snap at Bears training camp.

After reaching what the Bears call a "tie" during OTA season, the two will continue to rotate turns with the starters throughout August. Coach Lovie Smith has a date set to declare a starting QB, but isn't saying when it is.

Looks like Lovie Smith is trying for a kinder, gentler TC experience where everyone feels wanted and equal. I'm sure he will offer only positive reinforcement by pointing out how nice the spiral was when either throws an interception, or by telling them that the throw to a triple covered receiver was certainly an option and worth the risk, but the receiver all alone was also an option some QBs might have considered!

Lets hope this continues the entire year, and they switch QBs every play.

How long before Lovie says, "We're very confident about the quarterback situation. We feel we have 2 starting quarterbacks."
