Thats the same score I predicted in the pre-game thread..... so yea Queens 16 Pack 13.

Edit: I was wrong I picked 13-17 Queens. AP rushes for 140yds, 2 TDs A-rod throws one to Jennings...spatter in a few field goals.

The Magic Nuts I posess tell me that it is too early to decide until the Packers become more forth right with their injury situation. It doesn't look like a winning effort for the Packers if Hawk, Bigby, Pickett, and KGB don't play.

It doesn't look like a winning effort for the Packers if Hawk, Bigby, Pickett, and KGB don't play. Pickett and KGB both went through the full practice today. Pickett looked tired in his interview, but he should be fine. So, if they are both up to speed, I'd argue for:

Packers 21, Vikings 10.

Both teams will struggle to score - the Packers because Rodgers needs experience and his line will let him down and the Vikings because they will be able to run but not to finish.

Packers 23-Vikes 20

If MM was watching the pre-season game between Dallas and the Vikes he saw that the Dallas QB was able to get the ball to receivers in shallow routes and screens before getting blown up by a very quick and aggressive Viking D-Line.

If A-Rod survives he'll have 250 yds passing, a TD, and Lambeau-flavored sod jammed up into his gums.

Grant will score on a long run of 30+ yards.

Crosby will play large, hitting a key late FG.

Viking defenders will poke Packer receivers and linemen in the eyes as if it's a tryout for Three Stooges: The Musical without ever getting caught by the officiating crew.

Vikings will win time of possession by six minutes.

37-17 Packers. Close at the half, Packers pull away in the 3rd quarter.

Peterson will score a couple of TDs and gain nearly 200 yards, but the Vikings won't get out of double digits passing and will turn it over several times.

Grant will break loose for a long TD run and gain about 150 yards. Rodgers throws for 2 or 3 TDs and nearly 300 yards as the Vikings try unsuccessfully to stop the run.

Packers Pass with ease and the Vikings run well.

Packers 33
Vikings 28

Packers play much better than their Preseason would suggest, but still struggle defensively against the run. AR has a big day with many short passes and a few deep (and successful) bombs. AP has a big day until midway through the 3rd quarter when he leaves the game. Pickett and Hawk both play and the run defense is much stiffer.

Jennings and Driver both have good days. 240 yards and 3 tds between them. AR: 25 of 34, 344 yards 4 tds

Grant will have one long TD run, but will need nearly 30 carries to get the rest of his nearly 150 yards, as the Packers painstakingly stick to establishing the run. Rodgers only throws 18 or 20 passes, but completes a good percentage for big yardage and 2 or 3 TDs, as the Vikings stack up against the run. Is that more clear?

I think Peterson runs for a bunch against our bend-don't-break defense, but Jackson or whoever can't pass a lick and turns it over a few times.

I don't play Madden. I'm not sure what that comment meant.

If Green Bay scores more than 24 points I'll be pleasantly suprised. The Vikings have a top tier defense in the league. Thier secondary is the only weakness, but they should have a good enough pass rush to compensate. You can't run against them. Grant will not have 150 yards, in fact I highly doubt he breaks 100. It's not going to be easy for him.

I'm going to predict 21-17 Green Bay.
