I live in Arizona and have been going to the games and that is exactly right. The stadium was probably only 75% full at the start of the game and it didn't fill up more. By halftime, there were probably only 50% full and by the 4th quarter 30% or so full.

I wouldn't worry about Warner beating out Rodgers, especially when I noticed you can vote more than once!
