Packers coach Mike McCarthy revealed Thursday that James Jones has continued to re-injure his sprained knee, leading to inactivity in practice and games.

"It's unfortunate, and you can chalk it up to bad luck...but he's re-injured the same knee the same way almost every time," McCarthy said. "We just have to shut him down until we can get all the swelling and everything out of there."

I don't know why they didn't just shut him down 2 weeks ago. Everytime he plays/practices he bangs it and is right back to square one. Sit him down for this week, and the week after the bye. That'll give him 3 weeks.
