Man really seems to be a big Nick Collins fan.

Guy does not seem to like Brett. From the sounds of his weekly segment on Gary and Cliff, it certainly seems like he thinks Favre is a great guy off the field, but an egomaniac on it.

He also said he heard about the issue weeks ago.

He thinks that this story is just the beginning. Gary Ellerson alluded to that Favre would not end up in the ring of honor or get a retired jersey as long as TT is there.

Anybody else catch the interview? You can listen to it here. His weekly segment on Mondays is really entertaining. He is a great radio personality.

LeRoy said he really respects Jay Glazer. He said he knows his stuff and has sources all over the league. LeRoy basically said that the people he's contacted have verified the story. "This is bad."

LeRoy has been in Brett's corner a lot over the years, so I wouldn't say he doesn't like him. I think he's just being honest about this situation.

People do need to factor in that nobody directly involved will ever admit anything. Why would they? What would they gain?

things are looking so bad for Favre, it may be time for me to become a supporter.

Now that Michael Vick is off the front pages, I've got some free time.

God help him if you do that. You threw your support behind Vick and look what happened to him...

Leroy Butler seems to have some facts, or so he says... thats the problem with all of this crap is that no one will ever know the actual truth of what happened and what did not happen...

I mean Leroy says Favre never called Romo, but it happened the other way around... and he says that its 100% true.. now if thats the case, well there is one part of false reporting about Brett right there after so many were pissed that Brett would call Romo and not Rodgers... well u got ur answer, he didnt..

I really like Butler as an analyst for the Packers. His post game comments are the best things on JSO. Here's the link: http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=808008

I think he's right about this issue too. It probably happened but it's not that big of a deal. Yes it was petty, but it's not like he broke any kind of code of honor. Brett needs to let it go and so do we.

Butler also said the Packer locker room was very upset about it. They feel betrayed by their log time team mate. No one will be able to let it go until Favre does, unfortunately.

You are probably right but...

Bjarne Riis, Tour de France winner in 1996, admitted he used EPO to win the tour...what did he gain? Respect!

Honesty doesn't pay of in a cutthroat society; but Jesus is such a big star in America??? You can bet on, that a religious figure, will be exploited to aid the cutthroats.

Brett Favre is dishonest & a cutthroat; I've never liked his persona but his play on the field was more 'honest' than anything Favre will ever do in real life. Favre isn't seeking respect; he's flying towards the sun and about to get burned.

This is silly. There have been American stars that have admitted drug use (see Jason Giambi). There have been European stars that have not. The whole Jesus comment is beneath you.

I like it because it's the offense and defense celebrating together. I just like that. Both sides of the ball cheering each other on--kind like LeRoy and Brett doing their celebration at the Super Bowl 12 years ago.
