Shouldn't you try the TD to Lee on 2nd and 1 - then if you miss you run on 3rd and 1.

It is so smoky outside b/c of the fires, it smells like a huge bon fire (loaded with grass). Irritates the eyes and gives you a decent headache.

Lucky I'm sitting inside watching the Bears get blownout.

If TB wins, 3 way lockup. No tie breaker with Min (1-1), common opponent (TB losses) and then the record vs Bears (1-0).

It seems that the PR board was out of service for a while, but I was impressed at the Packers and their poise to comeback after last weeks awful performance.

Gameball might as well go to everyone...especially the offensive line for creating some holes that allowed Grant 140+ today. And the big stat..

Last week Rodgers was sacked 4 times, knocked down 12 times...TODAY ...0!!!

Nice Job!!

If the Bears secondary plays just decent today, the Bears win. If they keep making every QB look like Dan Marino then its going to be scary --- For Bear fans.

Can somebody find out how many $ are tied up into that overrated Bears' D?? 8-)

If we can hold them on special teams and prevent their defense from returning a fumble or pick for 6 then we win.
So you mean you will just lay down when the Bears offense gets the ball?

Well, we didn't "exactly" lay down... :P

This game is about as must-win as it can get for the Packers this early in the season. With the Vegas line opening up at the Packers -4 it tells me that Vegas has a considerable amount of confidence in the Packers as the public is pounding their money on the Bears.

The Pack have a lot of match-ups going in their favor, as long as the offensive line holds up I'm fairly confident in a win...hopefully not another close loss.
No vegas is all about winning money, not losing it. The Packers and -4 tells me that Vegas is hoping a lot of people will go with the spread (as most do) and then watch as the Bears trump the Packers. Vegas gets paid this weekend off of this game!

You are NOT a prophet. :D

retailguy

The better team for that day is whoever wins.

Your prophetic skill are improving.

Now who is the better team for the year will play itself out.

Hopefully we saw a preview of that today. GO REX! Gotta love watching Lovie Bear WITHOUT the smirk!

Just keep in mind that the Packers )line has been crap. And so has the Bears Pass rush. I say the crappy Bears pass rush will come alive on Sunday because they are playing an offensive line that is even crappier in protecting their QB.

Well, you got up to 50% prophetic, and then you had to go screw it up...

3 observations...

1) Ziggy's a minx. I can always tell that she is looking to jump my bones.

2) Great performance by the OL. They really set the tone today and generated the best offensive performance of year point wise and balance wise. Running game opened up the passing game, and while A-Rod was still very conservative with his throws, that was more than enough to win with the running game getting 6-7 a carry it seemed.

3) Defense was pretty good today, but lets not go overboard. Their QB was severely limited today.

Good win today. Very glad MM got his first win against a Chicago team and showed that his team can be more physical than the Bears and punch them in the mouth. I'm wondering what the heck the difference was from the Bears holding one of the best rushing teams in the league last week to 20 yards, and allowing our offensive explosion against them.

Probably since Ole #4 hasn't been able to beat the Bears at Lambeau since 2001. :(

Greetings Rats. Just got back from the game. Nothing like a win over the Bears to make the world seem brighter. Kudos to the OL, they seemed to have a great push all day. Grant was outstanding, and I was also glad to see Brandon Jackson get some carries. He's a good change of pace who can contribute more to the offense than he has before today. This is the time of year that the serious contenders start to assert themselves. Hopefully we'll see more of this next week.
