I say fire none other than Kurt Schotty...His secondary team is the best, but I say give TT, M3, and th Rock one more year.

Injuries are a given are ours aren't too bad....Cullen, Barnett...fluke ass injuries.

M3 did well in 2007, give him at least a year or two. His playcalling is suspect, so give that to the O coordinator please. But he's a good coach.

TT..Awesome A+ evaluator of talent, but a bitch to talk to....Sums up most our bosses, yet he knows talent, yet needs to pull the trigger on "NFL proven" talent, aka FA's and the like....hopefully he signs a stud to our OL or DL quicklike....or another season like this and he's out.

Rock...sorry, but he's done well, EVEN this year...how many vs. the Shermy era are out on the NEVER TO PLAY THIS YEAR LIST....Cullen (we knew it was coming...Barnett..) He's done well.

Schotty (maybe our best position is secondary)...yet his coaching/stats betray him...having a legend like Wood, an ace like Al....and good (can't believe it) All Pro's like Collins etc. make him look good, but give ho some tricks and she'll make money.

Vanilla Bob...Get rid of this guy..O's got us figured out. Let Fritz da Blitz rest in peace.

My vote is Schotty...not to say this is the end-all as this team needs some PLAYERS at DL and OL to contend.....LOOK AT the NY Giants...That shit wins games. OK I lied...In a normal year I vote Schotty...But I regress and VOTE VB...Bob has to go......Yes, the Bob Man.

Peace and fire back. I'd like the whole crew back...less Vanilla Bob and Schotty...

Fuck Vanilla Bob...get a D coordinator than can give up less than 30 a game.....That's my vote. Damn.

Sanders.

More I think about it, I really want Nolan type as D-Cord and possibly switch to 3-4. Hawk-Barnett-Bishop-Chillar(Poppinga for pash rush).

We seem to have more depth at LB and even some unknown talent at that position.

I'm not quite understanding the comment about Moss when you then add Philbon to the list? WTF? I actually like Moss, but if you are going off production, Philbon's unit was in the top half of the league no matter how you shake it--while the LB corps left a lot to be desired this year. I think all are fair game.

Moss isn't the only black coach on the team (Bennett - RB, Hairston - DL, Washington - CB), but his unit performed poorly. I can't really blame Hairston for the DL. Washington did well with the corners. Maybe he should get the full-time DB gig.

Isn't it Mike Stock?

Anyways, I'm going with Sanders.

I want to fire James Campen.

The players on the OL have improved 0% under his watch, and if anything, the penalties have gotten worse.

Yes on both accounts.

I voted Mike Stock. There are too many players that can play ST's for us to struggle as badly as we have this year. I also thought his attitude with John Ryan was awful. Ryan is clearly not great right now, but Stocks attitude toward a kicker getting advice from specialists was down right shocking. He came off like a guy that thinks he knows it all. No thanks to that type of rigid thinking.

Next would be Sanders. Shotty has two probowlers, a third one if you count Al from last year and has developed Tramon. Hard to hate on that. It just shows how bad coaches look when they don't have players and how good they look when they do. Shotty was never a retard and he didn't turn into a genius overnight. Same with Sanders, but I do think we can do better.

I voted for Sanders cuz our D is horrendous, but if Campen was one of the choices it would've been hard to choose...

I'd like to see Sanders and Stock both go. But if I get to pick only one, it's over-the-hill Mikey Stock.

Sanders and Stock if he isn't willing to engage a kicking specialist. If McGinn was right on that, he is simply a prideful fool.

The best answer is Sanders. Not because his system is flawed or he is a bad coordinator. Because without a pass rush, he does not have an alternative to fall back on. We have looked like fools playing the blitz and zone games. Its on him and his coaches, but it starts with the guy who runs the D. It might be on McCarthy if he refuses to find an alternative.

Yeah, I do agree Shotty has done well (or maybe those players progressed with shitty coaching as his stats as DB coach are bad until this year).

Stock seems pretty bullheaded and that Ryan fiasco was just stupid. Frost who? But VB has to go.

I apologize for not putting up Campy on this as that was an undersight. How has this dude made/encourgaged any young OL to get better under his tutelage? What happened to Juice Coston, many of our rooks with promise like Gia and Sitton? No one gets better and our OL looks in shambles and it's not just Cliffy and Tauch regressing... How has the North Pole dude gotten better? Good call for all those posters above. Campy needs to go too.

If I could tweak the poll, I would, but Campy and VB need to go ASAP. I'd still kick Shittyenheimer based on his career stats as a DB coach (the talent...Al, Wood, Collins, etc. exceeded his shittiness as a coach). Stock....we could do better.

So let those 4 go, as an average coach is better than those four.

Pretty amazing that the majority voted VB as I did...thought there would be more TT haters...but he's doing ok for at least 1 or 2 more years unless this 5-9 shit is common....If we go with a losing record next year, I guarandamntee he's gone. Let's hope that doesn't happen.

I picked Sanders, lot of good it would do...

Even if they made a change at DC, they're likely to keep the same scheme... TT has money invested in the types of players needed to play the current scheme.

Switch to a 3-4??? They're very weak at LB. Kampman would hold over as a 3-4 DE, but do you want to pay a 3-4 DE that kind of money... he, and his salary would be wasted, the strength of a 3-4 is obviously at LB.

The corners have been okay... but Woodson and Harris are on their way out. How many more years b/4 we'll have two new starting corners??? Seriously doubt their replacements are on the roster at present??? Maybe Williams...

Not just the 2008 season... the Packers have some serious long term issues with respect to their roster.

Same old wist--nothing but negativity. This year you were vindicated, but it was an aberration because of the many injuries, etc. Virtually the same talent is in place--when healthy--that took us to 13-3/14-4 last year.

This D scheme, with Sanders preferably, but even without him if the negativists get their way--will take the Packers right back to the top--assuming next season isn't snake-bit like this one has been.

And with the development at LB, I think we could go to a 3-4, even though we likely won't and shouldn't.
