Lets hope it works out for him it sounds like he had that team in a whole different mindset when he took over.

I remember watching him coach the D at the senior bowl the past couple years and wondering why the hell he wasn't a head coach yet. He just seems to have the ability to really motivate and get the most out of his players. I'm glad he finally has the chance.

Not sure I like the move, I thought Singletary seemed kind of odd in the Letterman interview
