Too bad they didn't stay together in the late 90's.

Holmy keeps telling people he really wants a year off. So I'm guessing no on this. Also, I bet Favre retires.

Holmy will be the man in SF if Singletary fails.

Who knows, unlike our staff: The jets entire organization is really pulling hard to get favre back, and will most likely grab whatever coach is going to appease him into returning. Favre and Holgrem would surely work wonders: Holgrem knows how to control Favre, and Favre obviously has respect for him.

I think the only coach that would keep Favre from retiring is Mooch. Holmgren is taking the year off. No doubt about that.

I'm not sure kissing the hiney of any superstar so hopelessly and madly will do any good for any organization. Didn't TO lobby for the all-star Cowboys of PAcman, Tank Johnson, and Roy
Wilimas?

How'd that work out?
