What are the chances his buddy McDermott from Philly gets hired as DC?

I'd say about 99.9%.

God damnit. He's actually probably the one I would most like to see us hire..

Would be elated with Capers as well..But according to that JS article he's all but a lock to take some secondary job...

Its not a good sign that two other NFC teams have made rational decisions to hire good football coaches. This plus Wisenhunt is making everyone work harder.

Do we know Spags is buddies with McDermott or is this supposition? I actually would like to see an established DC hired, but McDermott/Bowles/Butler were all even in my head for an elevation from position coach.
