I kind of avoided the initial seasons of this version of BSG until a few weeks ago.

Now it intrigues me to the point that I'm backtracking to view the series pilot and first season episodes.

Anyone have any thoughts on the final episodes?

Guilty as charged.

First seasons are better than the last 2 IMO. It used to be all about space battles, now its all drama.

See what you mean, because Friday's episode was a freakin' dog. The ones before that about the mutiny were good, though.

Don't you just have this nagging feeling that this woman could indirectly lead to determining the next President, just like 7 of 9 from Star Trek: Voyeur

Is she married to a kinky republican too?
I always felt a little sorry for Ryan, as he's the only politician brought down by a sex scandal that 1) really only involved him and his wife, and 2) didn't have any sex in it.

Back to the real topic. I always liked the original when growing up, but I can't watch the new series due to the extremely irritating camera work.

I only tuned in a couple of times. Seemed overly boring and all about political intrigue. Wasn't Edward Olmos etc. etc. on that show? Wow - his face has the complexion of as asteroid (nerd!)
