The Oregon Ducks lineman Max Unger has proven to be very versatile as an offensive lineman. This past year, he was the Ducks' starting center but is capable of playing guard and tackle as well.
According to one scout, Unger's versatility speaks well to his football IQ. He states, "Any time you play different positions you have to have a real good level of maturity, instinct and work ethic."
Some scouts have Unger going as high as the late 1st round. I trust the Packers scouts are giving Unger a good look.
