Hard to tell from year to year, but only 6 of those teams made playoffs in 2008.

I like it though... looks better than last year's schedule.

what looks like a tough schedule now may turn out t be an easy one

and vise versa

you never know until they start playing the games

Actually it looks easy.

Arizonia may be w/o Warner. Not that hard.
Dallas -hard
Pitt- hard
Baltimore - hard, but they lost a lot of people and its at home.

Lions -
Bears - not better than us
Vikings - equally talented

The rest look pretty easy as of right now.

But as everyone has said, you really don't know until the season starts.

Would be nice if Dallas had to come up here in the cold for once. It seems they always get to come when the weather is warm.

Just based on an early look, I'd expect something like 4-2 in the division, 4-1 in other home games, and 3-2 in other away games--a total of 11-5--and that would seem to be pretty cautious.

Has anyone read when the schedule will be released? Last year it was the 1st week of April.

Is there going to be a poll this year to decide on the posters game? Or will it be the first home game in Oct. again?

Heard some complaints last year about the noon game being too early. Going to try a 3pm game this year?

Good chance the Seattle and San Francisco games will be 3:00 since a noon start here would be 10:00 A.M. there.

I wouldn't be too sad to see that happen. It's always seemed that, even back to the Holmgren days, the further the Packers got from playing at 12 PM Central Time, the less fired up they were. Nationally televised games may be good for the city of Green Bay or the Packers organization or whatever, but I really just want wins.

Maybe I'm greedy.
