My computer has a pop up that keeps coming up. Its from Spyware Protect 2009. How do i get this crap off. i tried googling it and everytime i click a link I'm redirected.

Please help a redneck out!

That one is a pain in the ass sometimes. Try downloading Spybot search and destroy as well as Ad-Aware. The combo of those 2 works pretty well.

Its sounds like you are already infected. I got a trojan horse infection with similar symptoms and it was a bitch to clean-off.

Start to clean it off by following the instructions here:

In my case, several other problems remained on my computer (that infection loads other infections ). I also had to run a program called combofix to completely clean up:

At this point, you can then add spybot, AVG Anti-virus, or commercial protection programs. Those programs will not do a thorough job of removing existing infections, they are more oriented towards blocking infections.

That was scabies. Just because you got it from a horse doesn't mean it was a trojan horse. Next time save some trouble by looking here:
