An oldie, but a goodie. You don't get out of FYI much anymore - do you Harlan?

I just heard this "news" story on the radio. I don't believe it was mentioned before, you're just jealous that I got the scoop.

I think Harv posted it about a month ago.

I just did a google seach and there are a bunch of postings on blogs today by people who heard it on the radio. They must have made a press release. Maybe the Pet Rock could make a comeback this way too.

If it is from long ago, what was the occasion that precipitated it? Was it just a joke or a commentary?

The shirt may have been created by the creators of "Hooked On Phonics Spelling Program." :)

A few years ago I got a bunch of Badger shirts off sconnie.com. Just now I couldn't NOT buy the Brent one, the Benedict one, and the Mr. Rodgers neighborhood one. Over 50 bucks so free shipping too.

My shopping cart now has $643 worth of stuff in it. That Favre sure can sell shirts.

If they are selling primarily to WI they must carry sizes from 2XL to 3XL

Sometimes its not a bad idea to quit at 3 words.

Maybe peeps text hella now, but I know (did myself with many buds) text was prevalent in 1999, just not as fluent.

Yeah...don't get your "big" diss?

flu·ent (flnt)
adj.
1.
a. Able to express oneself readily and effortlessly

It was not as easy to text in 1999 as it is now with a textpad, etc. What's the joke/diss Scott? It was harder to text with the tech in 1999 than 2009? What's your point?

It is difficult to imagine text having the ability to express itself, effortlessly or not. That being said, I have always wondered what is text's true feelings about me were.
