No, these are mandated depth charts. The NFL says you have to put one out by a certain deadline (presumably today). Coaches generally don't put a lot of effort into making them accurate or useful. I think Mangini did his in alphabetical order once, when he was the Jets HC.

My man this year is Alfred Malone. You read the name and think he's a 75 year old white man with a 1890's mustache. But he's not. He's an awesome black dude.
