I know this topic has been discussed, but it really seems that success in the NFL hinges on proper pad level. Post your Pad Level stories/observations on this dedicated thread. I'll start you off:

"Safeties coach Darren Perry has been on the 6-4 Rouse all summer about playing with more knee bend and lower pad level to improve his tackling."

Clearly our pad level was good in the first two games, good in the first half of the Cardinals game and then poorer in the Titans game.

I also think pad level is the culprit in Raji's and Underwood's injuries.

If every American lowered their pad level by two inches, the recession would end within two days. True story.

I know DeShawn Wynn needs to keep his pad level up when it's his time o' the month.

If your pad level is too low in New Orleans, your pad might get washed away.

After watching the film, better pad level cleared my clogged sink.

I think it would be proper to also start a thread on proper knee bending techniques too.

You could never hire a rapper to teach knee-bending. Most of them seem to try to teach their women to bend at the waist and touch their toes. Little knee bend, if any.

I think knee bends are more for skiers - or interns.

Yes. Apparently Monica Lewinsky had great knee bend.
