I was supposed to be on a beach in Florida but got sick the night before the flight Thursday night.....nice.....

So, I plan on watching the Vikings and then the red zone channel the rest of the day.

I watched the Browns on the tube defeat the Bills by a hockey score of 6-3. A circus game with two very poor teams. I'm thinking that Bill's HC Dick Jauron is about out the door after this loss.

Cincy continues to surprize beating the Ravens 17-14 and the Cowboys nearly blew one to the Chiefs having to win in OT 26-20. Carolina finally gets a win defeating the lowly Washington Redskins 20-17. The rest of the early games went as expected. Giants.Steelers (not easily over the Lions), Eagles and Vikings win.

Packers and Lions next week at Lambeau.

GO PACKERS!

Last Sunday of coaching my son's Fall Ball baseball team. Played in 36 degree weather. Had a great time coaching him through the summer and fall, but we're both thrilled this is done (due to the weather, not each other  )

I went to the Ravens game. Nailbiter right up until they lost the game on a bad illegal contact call (sound familiar?) that gave the Bengals a first down in the red zone. Then I got stuck in a traffic jam on the way home. Good workout for the left (clutch) leg.

Damn good game although a disappointing ending for the Ravens.

I guess firing the Offensive Coordinator wasn't the complete solution.

Could you hear the "refs suck" chants on the tv? I wonder if the refs have had the guts to leave the stadium yet...these were not happy campers.
