That I did. What a guy, I wish he would get more praise around the league.

He's gotta be one of the leading candidates for Def POTY.

And I think too fast for my brain.

Woodson's got a lot more character than I used to give him credit for.

He was so hyped up in college by the media that it was nauseating. Beating Manning out for the Heisman too is still kind of dubious.

That said, he's put together a solid career despite some significant injuries and playing on several poor teams in Oakland. More than that, he's kept his name out of the headlines off the field.

Getting him is easily one of TT's best moves as GM. Here's hoping that he can finish his career in a flourish of success with the Packers.

I liked the Heismann pose he did after the pick 6. Cracked me up.

Yeah, that was cool.

Desmond Howard's still got him beat, though.

C-Wood is by far the leading candidate for NFL Def. Player of the Year.

Heard talk on Packer Radio Network he should be considered for MVP. Not sure if the offensively geared voters for the MVP award would back that thought, however.

He has been an all-business player. Glad to see such generosity in today's me-first self publicizing, T.O./Ochostinko promoting type of world.

Tom Pelissero: The gift was to the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and Women's Hospital, which will open at Woodson's alma mater in 2012. It will support pediatric research. Like I said to him after the game, "You've made a lot of money, but $2 million's a good chunk of change." He responded: "There’s many people who have done a lot more, and I feel like I’m just doing my part. No matter what the amount of money is — we did the 2 million, but our goal is not to stop at 2 million. So, we’re looking to raise a lot more money." He's an impressive guy, without a doubt.

That is sweet! It's great to read that a player gives back to his community! Better than reading about arrests and shootings and failed drug tests.

Sweet. I think that's what they mean when they say "Packer People."
