Thank you, Gex. Anybody know if this is a national television game?
I sure hope so. I know they moved it to 4:15 eastern, but around here in Detroit the Fox network seems to try to find ways to screw me out of seeing Packer games.

Unfortunately because southwest FL is considered in the Tampa Bucs market we'll probably get the TB/Seattle game instead. My hubby and I will go to a local Packer bar if they air the TB game here.

I've called blowouts the last two games, but I'm worried about this one. If anything, just because their backs are to the wall.

TV distribution maps updated, looks like Fritz will be seeing the Packers in the Burgh unless he is in extreme Southwestern Michigan. There is one odd area near Charlottesville, VA that gets the Ravens instead of Philly or Pittsburgh. Must be affiliate preference. Perhaps they don't like Santa having been booed.

I consider this a "no lose" situation. Many things point to a loss, so if we lose not the end of the world. If we WIN however it shows we can focus and are playing well regardless of situation and all. Winning this will send a message that we are taking every game serious and when the game isn't quite as important to us while its must win for them we can still come through.
GO PACK.

This is the game I've been the most worried about since San Fran probably. I'm worried about our offensive line to be exact. Hopefully Rodgers won't be harrassed all day long. If the line can get good to decent protection of Rodgers we shouldn't have to worry much at all. We have a great match-up versus their secondary.
p.s. for any bettors out there. This is the first game for the Pack I've stayed away from since the San Fran game(was a push to a .5 loss for some people). If I had to pick this game I'd still go with the Packers +1. However, I have a strong feeling over 41.5 is the best bet of the bunch.

wrong, thats not a solution for me
i live too far from green bay to pick up an over the air signal from GB, i am not close enough to be able to get the local green bay channels through direct tv. i get marquette, which caries the lions
yet direct tV has told me that i am in the green bay market, therefore i can't get "local" green bay games on nfl ticket

I think a few screens or a quick swing pass in the flat would help counter those blitzs. And if grant don't want to pick up the blitz, we have a back who is pretty good at it behind him.
I'd like to see some quick hits over the middle behind those blitzs too. bust finley on a slant off the line.

They have a bad protection call for that blitz. The center or GUard picks up neither. That leaves one guy for teh RB and one for Rodgers. At that point its a race to throw to the open short middle (Finley) or get killed. He has been killed twice, both helmet to helmet hits. One was a completion to Finley.

the packers have a reputation for penalties. they are going to get them most of the time, even the tick tack bs penalties. I've seen much worse than what Woodson's 1st one was not get called. But when you're a team known for penalties, you're going to get them. The Clifton no call on the TD was a surprise.
