This worries me. Hamstring injuries have a way of lingering all year. We can't afford for CM3 to not be in top form.

Linebackers have been getting beat up. Practice was cut short today due to shortage of linebackers.

Same injury as last year, as I understand it. He'll probably miss a couple of preseason games, but we'll have him for the season.

sounds like he'll be fine for pre-season game 4/opening day, but I'm sure this camp would've been great for him. A guy can learn a lot from his sophomore camp, everything has slowed down and he can pay attention to stuff that flew by before

Not to be the spongebob like eternal optimist, but Matthews is up to 260 lbs. That tells me he worked his ass off this offseason. It might do him a lot of good to get a little rest before the season starts.

He played like an animal after a month long hiatus last year. I'm not so sure he won't be fine after this break too. We'll see.
