Vikings with a must-win next week at home against the Lions. Lions have lost 2 close games, so they can't be taken for granted. If Vikes lose, they'll be down 3 games to either the Packers or Bears.

Exactly! Lose this and I'd expect some very interesting/aggressive things happening during the bye week.

Perhaps we could chip in to buy Ndamukong Suh 50 pounds of good red meat in order to assist him in his quest to decleat our favorite expatriated Packer.

It's way too early for this thread, even in fun.
Say, did Javon Walker ever sign a contract with the Vikes? Did he stick?

He signed a contract with the Vikings, was cut leaving the Vikings with Berrian, Harvin, Lewis, and Camarillo as their only WRs, and now Vikings fans are clamboring for something/anything to help out the WR corps.

Boy is Cali Cheeze going to be mad you stole his thunder!
After tonights game I'll give an update on the NFC playoff positions.
I'm not upset about thunder.
Because the Bears have a better division record they are ahead until next week. The Packers were in the 2nd Wildcard position after week one and
are the first wildcard after week 2.
If the Bears were in another division the Packers would be #1 overall in the NFC.

Note the big games for next week.
Packers at Bears
Falcons at Saints (Go Falcons)
Steelers at Buccaneers
Jets at Dolphins
If the Packers, Falcons, and Steelers win, the Packers are the only undefeated team in the NFC.

The Packers and the Bears are playing for 1st place in the NFC.
If the Bears lose they fall to 2nd Wild Card position.
If the Packers lose they fall to the first non playoff position.
The stakes are high.
