I'm a fan. I like him on MNF and like him on the sidelines. Miami would be interesting, I'll be glad he's not in the division I guess.

Not the Dolphins, Head coach of the Canes is the rumor.

Miami Hurricanes...not the Dolphins. I'm not a big fan. He always has 7 or 8 qb's on the roster and he SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS as an announcer. Have you ever heard him NOT praise someone the camera zooms in on? He was practically blowing the waterboy for the 49ers on Monday.

You LIKE his announcing? There's a whole other thread pretty much dedicated to comparing his announcing to sucking the sweat off dead donkey balls.

I hope he returns to coaching as well...so I don't have to listen to him anymore.

Actually, I agree with the comment that he has forgotten more about football than I'll ever know (although he seems a little young to have forgotten much) and think he's got a lot of coaching left in him. It just doesn't translate well to announcing - kind of the opposite of Matt Millen!

Yes. Derek Anderson Monday night. His comments were brutal.

I find him entertaining and knowledgeable. Yeah he starts spouting off about something sometimes and digs himself a hole, but I like his insight. He isnt far removed from today's game and that shows also.

Still, I can't wait until he's coaching somewhere where I don't have to hear him.
