I expect this game to be close for a half before the Packers pull away. Packers have just been too good in the 2nd half of games for the Lions to stick with them. It would be nice to get a huge lead and rest some of the walking wounded in the 4th quarter, but I don't think that will happen.

Do you think Arod will now get the message about squeezing out 4 or 5 yards and taking shots? He's done that at least a half dozen times this year.

Now - he's out at least a half (and potentially a very key game next week).

If we don't win today, beating/tieing the bears does nothing for NFC North as Bears own that tiebreaker.
If we don't beat the Giants - likely no shot at wildcard either.
