I'm giving big props to the special teams, particulary the punting unit. Masthay was great and the coverage negated Hester completely.

Jenkins. Really made a good step forward from barely there last week in his first week back.

Clifton, for gutting it out. Lang, for not giving up the ghost in the series he was in.

Jenkins came up big as well in this game.

It will be good for our ailing guys to get a week off. Clifton with his bad knees, Matthews with his shin, Jenkins with his calf, Zombo with his knee. It looks like we lost Walden in this game.

Jenkins, The Freezer, Jennings was a beast, Shields and Williams. I thought Starks did a nice job. Jordey made some nice catches.

Kudos n. Acclaim or praise for exceptional achievement. From Greek κῦδος, meaning "glory" or "renown".

I would like to give Kudos to Jarret Bush, who admittedly is not a player who gets a lot of praise around these parts over the last few years. Downing two punts deep inside the 20 (and being inches away from downing a third on the one), and generally being in Hester's face all day went a long way to preventing the Bears special teams from beating us.

It's sometimes been said that Bush is a good gunner to have around since he's "unblockable"... this is the first game since the victory over the Eagles in week 1 of 2007 where I would agree with this statement.

Good Work Mr. Bush.

Also, Tim Masthay's punting was exceptional. I'm amazed that we may have found a keeper.

Raji won the game, Shields sealed it. I love this game because we won, but we have a ton of "holy shit, you screwed up huge! see this! see this!" (rubs their noses in it.)

Chad Clifton and Donald Driver. Not for what they did today, but for being great Packers for a long time who finally get to the Super Bowl. They were here for all those tough playoff losses (St. Louis, Atlanta, Philly, Minnesota, Giants). They deserve this.

Yea, after TWill last week, and BJ this week we need to go back to the Holmgren rule of $1000 fine if you untuck the ball before you are across the goal line.

Also when the Bears came back and scored the TD, collins overpursued and Chuck stood there and watched. They were acting like Raji's score put us in the superbowl, no need to finish the game. I was getting pissed.

The Blue Chipper theory of winning has trouble with the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.

Raji was moving when he was observed.

Y'all obviously missed the subtle sarcasm. I am/was the king of giving an image of "Kudos" once upon a thread. I am well aware of what a Kudo is. Kuddo is not Kudo obviously.

I was unsuccessfully playing the role of the grammar police apparently.

Ahh whatever.

No biggie Gary. Don't let me bust your chops.

I'm usually the first one to chastise others for being the grammar police, so I'm unfairly subjecting you to my double standard.

Anyone mention RJ Lang?

I was holding my breath while he was on the field. He did ok, that could have been disastrous.

As an aside, how many rolls of tape to you figure they used to put Clifton back together?

Who's RJ Lang? Is he the brother of TJ Lang, the player the Packers used as Clifton's substitute? ;)

how bout brian urlacher and his 4.2 speed

gets an int, has nothing but open field in front of him and gets run down by a qb and tripped up by a pretty weak tackle

we stop them 3 and out and get the ball back. if urlacher scores there its a totally different ball game

i'm surprised we aren't hearing more from the chicago fans about that. he should have scored

So Masthay, Bush, Raji, and Shields are blue-chippers now?

Of course not, and they only exceled because of the pressure the blue chippers put on the other team.

I'm confused, which scale are we on here? The one where Blue chipper is the best or the one where Red chipper is the best?

Seems like it's a little bit of both.
