Pack -2 to -2½ over/under @45
over/under is too high. Just as I thought todays was to high.

sounds about right. if you love defense, you're gonna love this game.

Pouncey coming back or not might chnge those odds. Raji is going to feast on their scrub backup center if pouncey is out

Woooooooooooooooooo!!

Sorry, I just had to get it out. I don't know why I was so suprised when we won, that we were going to the superbowl afterwords. It still blows my mind.

As for odds, I'm thinking they're not going to go much past the 2 mark. The defenses' are a wash, pack have a slightly better pass game, steelers have a slightly better run game and the special teams are a wash. We're playing ourselves. They're playing themselves. Whoever has the least turnovers wins.

I'm stunned we are the favorites. Hope they are right.

well...keep in mind that the line is set to keep the betting as close to 50/50 as possible. they'll move the line if money starts flowing to the Packers side.

I thought it would have been a pick game. not just because the teams are pretty even, but because both fan bases are fanatical. Probably two of the most popular teams in the NFL. equal number of bets being placed on either side = pick em game.

Again, it's all about the gambling. Bookies need to get equal bets on both sides so they don't take a bath. Packer fans alter the odds because they like to bet on their teams. Except for maybe Merlin.

P.S. Bobble - For a guy who knows that gamblers translate 5 fumbles into 1.5 wins/losses, you should know this basic aspect of gambling!

Just shows you Packer fans are more fanatical!

Last time these two teams played it was a shootout. Really the Steelers are just the Bears with a better QB and a more impressive pass rush.

How can we not be favored? James Jones is healthy.

And Bigby should be ready to go.

Saw him changing the way our defense plays by lining up against an extra point attempt yesterday. Thank god he came back just in time to save our season again!

Pouncey is playing. Gotta wonder how healthy he will be for the game and how much of an impact the FREEZER will have on him.

A slightly better run game? Now I'm not looking at numbers but from what I saw the Pitt run game is much better than ours.

Well, Pouncey says he'll be playing in the Super Bowl. Just about any player would say the same thing in this situation. Hard to say about a high ankle sprain. Depends on the severity. They'll have their hands full with Raji no matter who is playing.

This. Raji's been pretty effective lining up over anyone since that Pats game.

Yup. Inside pressure will be key so Big Ben can't step up. He may be big and elusive but he's not breaking BJ Raji coming at him
