Rookie arrested twice since Friday:

Arrested for public drunkness on Friday.
Then tased and arrested on Monday for assaulting an officer.

Does this count as an arrest during Super Bowl week? The Vegas odds given in the other thread had the O/U on number of NFL players arrested at 0.5. I should've taken the over, like I said in the thread.
