BananaMan is back. New and improved.

So I finally found my long lost mates. After taking a long break from JsOnline, I discover (almost) everyone left. Good to see some familiar names. Of course, I'm officially a n00b right now.

Can't wait for this season.

As per usual, optimism always!

Bananaman,

What is your prediction ?

I'm thinking the Pack wins between 7-9 games. Formal prediction is 7.

Harv-

I don't understand exactly what you mean. I didn't find another one on the memberlist.

I'M ONLY A N00B TAKE IT EASY!!!

Bretsky-

Well, my heart tells me 10-6, my head tells me 9-7. I think our defense will keep us in a lot of games. If we can run the ball, it'll help Brett out tons. If he stays efficient, we are going to surprise a lot of people.

I think we'll know tons about our team from the first game against the Bears. I can't wait.

Good to see ya Chicita!

Well, that's another long lost JSO member - we've just about got them all rounded up now.

What made you drop by, the itch of the preseason?

Michele-

 anyway i could see the thread? but i'm flattered. don't worry, it was mutual though!

Guiness-

Well, it was really a "I should check out that old JsOnline forum and see what everyone's up to" sort of thing. Then I got pointed here from St. Lou.

But anyway, thanks for the welcome guys. Good to see all these familiar names. And this looks like a great forum.

Greetings Bananaman! Glad you made it out of the wilderness. Since you weren't here for the draft (which was an incredible day on the forum), feel free to let us know your thoughts on it. A lot of us were split on the Hawk vs. Mario debate. Some of us couldn't make up our damn mind. How about you?

Welcome back, Bananaman!

Life without this gang of posters may have seemed like an eternity...but in the reality of the time-space continuum it was more like a bananosecond.

I think Hawk was a great pick. I kind of knew that we were going to take him leading up to the draft, so I watched lots of gamefilm from OSU. Hawk really stood out. I'm excited to have him on our team. Mario would have been nice of course, but he was inconsistant as a player. I don't think our need at DE was as great as our need at LB, also.

But it's history. I just hope Hawk can keep improving and force us to never look back and say "man, we could have had..." as we did with Jamal Reynolds and the like.

Swede- LOL, good to see you here.

Woodbuck- also good to see you.
