Tripping Icarus is an alternative rock band that Kluwe is a member of in the Twin Cities are. He is a bass player.

He also made a comment (non-tweet) that he wanted #4 because of everyone who bought the Favre jerseys. He stated they could go to their local sports stores and have the name changed. He even hinted that perhaps McNabb could do that as part of the price for his jersey.

Another comment he made on a radio show was that he was thinking of having McNabb pay for his band's next studio recording session as part of the deal.
