gbgary
10-02-2011, 05:26 PM

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:26 PM

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:26 PM
Hey what did our d just do, they hit the qb, is that allowed?

Iron Mike
10-02-2011, 05:27 PM

MJZiggy
10-02-2011, 05:29 PM
Put Tebow in!!!!! Are you nuts? We just figured out how to sack orton.

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 05:29 PM
He outruns the defense for 5 yards to the outside and he's dancing? WTF?

that was as i posted. so he has not danced exactly twice all day. maybe he should try that more often

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:30 PM
Put Tebow in!!!!!

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:31 PM
Lets get Flynn in there. It seems early, but they are getting pressure on Rodgeres.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:32 PM
Man Jennings is gold on 3rd downs

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:34 PM
Ah fuzznuts.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:34 PM

MJZiggy
10-02-2011, 05:34 PM
Who tipped that????

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 05:35 PM
that was unfortunate.

channtheman
10-02-2011, 05:35 PM
Ughh, hate those INT's.

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:36 PM
That was Jones who tipped it. But that was a bad pass by Rodgers though.

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:36 PM
Man, that was close.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:37 PM
Looks inconclusive, but i hope overturned

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:38 PM
Sheilds!!!!!

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:38 PM
Sammy!!!!

channtheman
10-02-2011, 05:38 PM

Guiness
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
Shields with a back shoulder!

I would really like to see Flynn and Green here

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
OK, that time Starks definately danced too much.

gbgary
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
one good turnover deserves another.

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
more dancing when he could have cut up and got some damn yards.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
That Pick was beautiful, if he missed it was 6 for them,

channtheman
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
Starks really blows as of late. At what point will he turn it upfield?

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
Shields up

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
Then he hits it.

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 05:39 PM
there you go! hit it and go

gbgary
10-02-2011, 05:40 PM
starks...hole...hit it.

MJZiggy
10-02-2011, 05:40 PM
So where do you go to get the pink stuff. Not too many 'round here who will want the pink stuff.

Iron Mike
10-02-2011, 05:40 PM
BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE......

put Tebow in.

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:40 PM

Right there!

MJZiggy
10-02-2011, 05:40 PM

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:41 PM
So where do you go to get the pink stuff. Not too many 'round here who will want the pink stuff.
I like the pink stuff. he he he

gbgary
10-02-2011, 05:41 PM
let's hang 50 on 'em.

channtheman
10-02-2011, 05:42 PM
I really want Rodgers to get 400 yards and 4 TD's.

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:42 PM
let's hang 50 on 'em.
If they would score, according to Bielema's card we'd go for 2.

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:42 PM
400 yards for Rodgers

Guiness
10-02-2011, 05:43 PM
Those shotgun snaps seem high - is that by design? They all seem to look that way.

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:43 PM
That was good and decisive. I wold also say that Starks had one nice run called back on a penalty. Now Clifton is hurt. oh boy

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:43 PM
Even when hurt, Cliffy wants to stay in.

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 05:44 PM
its about Flynn time

gbgary
10-02-2011, 05:44 PM

Guiness

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:44 PM
Sherrod did okay

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:44 PM
Sherrod in at LT!
He was perfect. Didn't allow ARod to get pressured at all.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:45 PM
DD!!!!!!

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:45 PM
Nice to see DD with a TD, but his leg still hurting him.

channtheman
10-02-2011, 05:45 PM
That offsets the INT. Sweet! Backups can come play now.

Cheesehead Craig
10-02-2011, 05:45 PM
Driver!!!! If that sight doesn't make your heart warm, you're not a Packer fan.

Guiness
10-02-2011, 05:45 PM
Apparently, DD was not hurt too badly!

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:46 PM
YES YES YES DRIVER

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:47 PM
He was perfect. Didn't allow ARod to get pressured at all.

For what its worth, he only had to contain for one second, and the quarless was next to him

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:47 PM
Starks 13 for 63

Iron Mike
10-02-2011, 05:47 PM
let's hang 50 on 'em.

Seconded.....let's hang 50+ on these salary-cap cheatin' MFers!!!!

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:57 PM
WAY TOO MUCH TIME!

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 05:58 PM
Megatron will KILL the Packers D.

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:58 PM
AJ filled, sort of, and Wynn made a nice stop.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 05:59 PM
So looking at our D, Are we selling out for the TO which is why they puke up the yards? Seems like playing with fire, however every chance to get the ball in our O is a good thing. A lot of our secondary is looking into the back field quite often instead of just watching the man they are covering. That will work against den, but what happens against good offence?

pbmax
10-02-2011, 05:59 PM
Megatron will KILL the Packers D.

Never that simple. You an always make one guy disappear.

Packers4Glory
10-02-2011, 06:00 PM
Megatron will KILL the Packers D.

ugh. don't talk about it.

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 06:00 PM

Like in Godfather?

pbmax
10-02-2011, 06:00 PM

Less long term.

pbmax
10-02-2011, 06:02 PM
There is Alex Green

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 06:02 PM
Flynn hands off to Green. Green show nice speed.

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 06:02 PM
WTF? Bad onside kick attempt.

Guiness

I was thinking that as well. There was one completion in particular where I saw Tramon look back and it gave his man an opportunity to get separation and make the catch.

pbmax
10-02-2011, 06:04 PM
Flynn and Cobb almost with a huge play.

gbgary
10-02-2011, 06:04 PM
dang it.

Guiness
10-02-2011, 06:04 PM
That was tipped, but he would've had the int anyways.

Upnorth
10-02-2011, 06:04 PM
not all flynns fault, just touch to far

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 06:05 PM

Gonna be interesting on the news tonight. Wonder if the local sports guys will be angry, depressed, or amused? I'm guessing amused...

mmmdk
10-02-2011, 06:18 PM
A win is win! Great game by offense; ugly by defense yet made plays enough.

A win is win! Great game by offense; ugly by defense yet made plays enough.

Remarkably, the same kind of story as last year.....except without losing 2-3 starters every game.

The early mood on Denver CBS postgame is sort of an existential calm. John Fox didn't have anything to say except that Green Bay's offense is special.

Harlan Huckleby

Neal just got greeting card:

"Get well soon, Mike"

Even when hurt, Cliffy wants to stay in.

The funny thing is, he probably feels Sherrod breathing down his neck. I know that sounds like sarcasm, but I expect old players get paranoid. Sherrod has plenty of physical ability, if he got a shot and got into a rhythm, you never know.

absolutely

favre did it to majik

you would think that right now sherrod wouldn't be horrible, maybe not real polished, but still talented

Harlan Huckleby
10-02-2011, 07:10 PM
the sad thing is that they send offensive tackles to the glue factory when they're done.

When he went out I thought he had just gotten tired and took himself out for a bit but then paranoia kicked in and he went back in. I was hoping they would have made him sit at that point because the game was already an ass whipping and maybe getting Sherrod some work wouldn't have been terrible.

Unless it got Rodgers killed, that is...

Harlan Huckleby
10-02-2011, 07:12 PM
Unless it got Rodgers killed, that is... ahh, it probably would have only gotten Flynn killed. Flynn has lived a long, full life, and he's leaving gb soon anyway.

denverYooper
10-02-2011, 07:52 PM
Boy oh boy. The state of Wisconsin just laid down an all-around ass kicking this weekend.

I think he intended to stay in. He was heading back toward the huddle when the trainers came out and got him. Looked like he had calf cramps.

did he really? i don't think majik gave bf a second thought. i don't remember what sort of preseason bf had that first year though.

I'd think he did after what Wolf gave up to bring Favre to GB.

Brandon494
10-02-2011, 09:13 PM
This Denver team that allowed Dalton and Hasselback to throw for over 300 yards against them, we aren't going to lose this game with #12 playing QB.

QFT... yea i know its weak to quote yourself but Im drunk and I just dont give a f#ck!

Not sure how literally true it was, but Favre often talked (and reporters constantly reminded us) that Favre was very aware how he got the job (Majik injury) and how close he came to losing it to Brunell.
