The Chicago Bears have released safety Cliff Harris. I'd be curious to know what caused his fall from grace and production. There was a time he was considered a cornerstone of their seconday.

Anybody have an idea?

Chris Harris had requested a trade and he also was displaying massive suckitude.

Yes, I know his name is Chris. Sorry for the mental lapse. Old age as well as old school.

Lovey Smith hates safeties as much as Holmie hated kickers. Can't live with 'em, can't leave 'em by the side of the road when you're done with 'em.

Eh he has been pretty bad. Not much of a coverage safety, dont let the int totals last year fool you. He got rushed back from injury and looked real bad.

Got to take it easy on those hammies. Clay and Cliffy will attest...

Yup. Hamstring (injury) means a long wait.

The actual Cliff Harris might help, even at age 62.

A younger Cliff Harris would need to switch positions, but according to Google News, he could use some good news.

I remember that guy

I used to like the cowboys back in the day. Dandy Don. Bob Lilly. Calvin Hill.

Something about Jerry Jones, Jimmie Johnson & Troy Aikman ruined the good name. Guess they were just too damn good.
