Obvisous move, you knew TT was going to go out and sign anyone. I like Saine speed and think he'll do fine. Honestly think he'll take Grants roster spot next year unless we draft another RB. (Hopefully David Wilson from VT)

You like Saine over Green? I don't know much about either but Green grabbed the roster spot this year.

No I like Green better than Saine. I think the RBs on the roster next season will be Starks, Green, and Saine with Grant not being brought back.

It also mentions that Mike Neal is dressed as the invisible man for Halloween.

Not a good choice since we don't want someone bumping into him at the haunted house.

from the article, I see Cecil Newton was released; that was Cam's brother, right? Levine is back on the PS as well.
Neal...I wonder if we'll see him after the bye?

This was really the only Saine decision.

Hard to tell if Green would have made more of an impact later in the year, but at this point, Green hasn't shown any more than Saine.

Green Bay -- Oh, to be Brandon Saine. How's this for a week...
Two Fridays ago, the Green Bay Packers running back proposed to his girlfriend of six years, Kylie Whitaker. (She said "Yes.")
This past Saturday, he was in town to see his alma mater Ohio State shock Wisconsin, 33-29. He "chickened out" on actually going to the game, saying it was too cold. But Saine was glued to his TV set for every play of the Buckeyes' miraculous win. He actually has a Buckeyes flag outside his home.
Um...welcome to Green Bay Brandon.

Are there any more details on Green's injury? Article, and all I'd heard otherwise was 'knee injury'.

I agree with this. Grant will be getting old and expensive. He's good but not worth paying a lot of money, and Rodgers and this offense only need a serviceable running game.

We should hear about Neal on Wednesday but I'm not gonna hold my breath...

You are insufferable.
You're lucky this is an online forum, cause in real life I'd thrash you within an inch of your life for your insolence.

Not trying to get arrested, no. Just in Saine.

I'm glad we brought Saine in. I think he's probably our best back catching screens. Hopefully he can keep improving as a blocker and be our 3dRB
