This is the real story of a D. Yards don't mean shit when your playing with such big leads. Why would you dial up risky D when you have a huge lead?

So just stumbled across another wow stat, the pack has not lost by more than 4 (excluding OT TD's) since week 9 of 2009, and that was to TB in Freeman's first start.

That's just a nicer way of saying Stubby can't win close games.

Statistics are stupid. And over rated. At least that's what I've been told.

And the Packers really haven't been blown out of a game since Nov 08 against the Saints.
3 years of being in every game.

Here's an interesting little nugget from the Football Outsiders DVOA writeup this week (http://www.footballoutsiders.com/dvoa-ratings/2011/week-11-dvoa-ratings):
Green Bay is number one in the league in DVOA on both offense and defense in the second half of close games (score within a touchdown).
Packer Zen. It seems they are the best (according to this metric) in close games.

I don't understand how it can be a close game with 7 points separating the two teams. Gotta be within 4, no?
