That would be up to you guys and Mad regarding the succession plan. I can continue one more round til the next loss if the Rats want........or the torch can be passed to whoever wants it.

It was a great run but...
Bad Karma to let the same person start the GameDay Thread after a Packers loss. Best to give someone else a shot. If the Packers win, that person doers the next one. Isn't that how Bretsky's streak got started in the 1st place?

I would only be OK with that if the next one was started by someone that never has before. If its just another retread attempt then it might as well be Bertsky

No.... don't do it. It's bad luck to do it any other way. Someone else has to start the game day thread. Bretsky doesn't get back in until we lose again. Which will be week 17 when we rest everybody after clinching home field advantage against the Bears.

Agreed. Bretsky's run is done--unless the replacement loses in the next two weeks. Then, Bretsky can have his chair back.

Big shoes to follow! A 19 game streak! I had a streak of about 6 last season, but that number will not win us the title. I say Mission should have a go, if he's volunteered.
BTW: TOP JOB B! Thanks for all the hard work.

Do what you want........I'm not offended by anything.......the whammy just seemed like a logical step for me since I've been wrong on so many things and when I started the threads last year I was angry at GB.........seemed to work so I ran with it.

I say give it back to B, but no more whammy. Bret has to do a write up of why the Packers are going to destroy every poor team they face from here on out.

Karma would be kicking our collective asses for the rest of the season. The football gods would not look kindly upon us should we break with tradition, both in allowing Bretsky this prestigious honor after an embarrassing loss AND in forcing him to write a positive preview of the upcoming game.
I vote someone else does it.

"Be not afraid of greatness; some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them." William Shakespeare
your mission, mission, is nothing less than the preservation of a dynasty. You are the Kim Jong-un of packerrats. The burden of greatness has been passed from the Dear Leader, Bretsky, and has been thrust upon your rounded shoulders.

Watch as the All Blacks play Tonga.
It's the Haka vs the Sipi Tau.

The "winners devour the losers" rule hasn't been in effect for many years now.
Watch that Youtube segement I posted. The announcer says the one big Kiwi has a "face you see on totem poles". Now that's some funny shit there!

We did get tickets. I'm not the kind of guy to wait around hoping to get something cheaper... too much stress. Got some 10 yard line seats for $170 each (oh well) and had some time for a couple beers before the game. I'll post some pics and a write up later. Making the old lady drive home... she's more sober! :))
Sat next to a 12 year who was basically Patler Jr. Kid was a lot of fun and we went nuts cheering So'oto when he came in. He knew a ton for a twerp. Great time. Spent a shitload at the pro shop. Luckily I exceeded my December sales quota in two weeks -- bonus!!!
