Bringing this back. Don't think we did it last year

The Premise:

Pick 10 players YOU think the Packers might draft this year and what round you think they'll go in. Whoever racks up the most points, wins.

Scoring:

Points will be awarded according to the round the player was taken in, since predictions are proportionally more difficult in the higher rounds. One additional point will be added if the round prediction is correct. Some examples:

If you predict "Vinny Curry - Temple " in the 1st round and you are right, you get 2 points, one for hitting a first round pick, one for correctly predicting the round.
A pick of "Ben Jones, C, Georgia, 3rd round" with the Packers taking Jones in the 3rd round would net you 4 points, 3 for hitting a third round pick, and one for getting the round correct.
Having "Derek Wolfe - DE - Cincinnati - 3rd round" and the Packers take him in the 4th round will net you 4 points for picking a 4th round pick, but you will not get the extra point you would get for predicting the correct round.

Any questions feel free to post them, otherwise happy drafting!

2nd - AJ Jenkins, WR, Illinois
2nd - Trumaine Johnson, CB, Montana
3rd - Jeff Allen, OT, Illinois
3rd - Billy Winn, DE, Boise State
3rd - Brandon Mosley, OT, Auburn
4th - Bernard Pierce, RB, Temple
4th - Quinton Saulsberry, C, Mississippi State
4th - Marcus Forston, DT, Miami (FL)
5th - Najee Goode, LB, West Virginia
6th - Nick Provo, FB/H-Back, Syracuse
6th - Robert Turbin, RB, Utah State
7th - Brandon Marshall, LB, Nevada
7th - Jarrett Lee, QB, LSU
7th - DeAngelo Peterson, TE, LSU

Tried to target raw, underdeveloped players that will take time to coach up. TT is more interested in a players long term potential than he is in a player contributing much within the first couple of years.

Lattimore will likely be our starting ROLB; and Muir and Hargrove will be counted on to launch us from the worst defense in the league to about 29th or 30th.

The Packers as an organization focus first and foremost on offense - and just as well, they suck at all things defense.

Losing by 18 pts to the Giants, at home, in the playoffs, is better than losing by 45 pts to the Patriots in the SB... what a nightmare that would have been - Tom Brady sitting in the rocking chair, floating 6 TD passes to Gronkowski?? Would have been pathetically ugly.

Wist, you're cheating. You're only allowed 10 players.

Joe, you need to work on your sums my friend...

10 picks by PackerRats math = 14 picks by TT's math.

I thought everyone knew that?? :?

Cool exercise. I'll be back with ten picks after some thought. Thanks.

Can one take all ten picks spread over 'only four rounds'?

ie 2 picks in ROUND ONE. 2 picks in ROUND TWO. 2 picks in ROUND THREE. 4 picks in ROUND FOUR = 10 picks.

The ten picks can be made in whatever rounds you want. There is no limit.
