I bet if that hottie spent one day with me at work inside a machine shop where it's 100 degrees....her crotch would smell like Freak Out a week before his monthly bath.

I bet where I work is as bad as your client's shop. It's a 24,000 square foot building. No windows...a few big doors for big trucks. We have a few VERY large ovens for large motors that get up to 900 degrees. Every morning we go into work...we turn the ovens off and crack the doors so the oven can cool and we can get the motors out. It's SO hot...especially on top of the heat outside! I'd kill for an AC job or a job outdoors...at least I'd have a breeze!

I couldn't tell you how hot that place is. Its just crazy hot. They make parts for the Automotive industry. they pour all day....and night. I really don't know how the workers survive. Thats why i'm glad i sell the shit and dont' actually have to use it! Tomorrow I spend the whole day in a plastic mold shop. I'm going to try and hang out as much as i can in the clean room. it's air conditioned!

That is so racist and unfair. The way you stereotype Mexicans is just appalling. Have you no sense of human dignity? What you said just isn't right.

Literally, not right. I just saw him picking avocados in the orchard down the road.

Because the money is unbelievable...especially for the area.

Woah! Back this train up. I thought Madtown was using "custard" as a euphemism (excuse my french) for semen.

I'm all confused now, or maybe I've just seen the truth and can't deal with it.

Do your employers supply you with the means to safely hydrate throughout the day? What about the neck coolers and other means to cool down?

I've sat in a restaurant and eaten actual frozen custard with these people. They know how I feel about it.

Yes...my employers are great. We have soda machines and they supply us with cold water and fans. It's not all that bad in the winter, but this month has been so hot. There's talk of letting us work 5 am- 1:30 during the summer instead of 7:30-4.

Not a bad idea. I do a bunch of QA work and auditing for a large company in the Gulf region and heat stroke and the like is always a big issue.

Exactly. Hearing some frigging Vanilla boy crying about having to work his ass off in the heat pisses me off to the point of bringing a cousin from Mexico to take his fucking job.

What do you Mexicans drink to stay cool? Piss water? I'd say my workplace is about as hot as a 1984 Chevy Chevette packed with 10 of you guys....so if anyone knows the heat I'm talking about...it's you! ;)
