Looks like Perry is half-assing it. . . . Might not know the routine like he should. Hopefully he's not lazy on the little things. . . . .

Hard to say about Perry. It also looks like he is at the beginning of the stretch and on his way up. Also, that he is looking at someone to see what it is he should be doing.
If they're holding the stretch at the top, and not continuously moving, that's some damn good balance and flexibility on Clay there.

I was thinking the same thing! Good thing it's a picture and not a video.

He had to jump and concentrate. The tough ones are when he's standing alone and the ball is between the numbers.

I'm impressed with Worthy. I expected him to look like BJ or Pickett but he's pretty cut, not fat.

From the bit I read, Worthy's been energetic but inconsistent. Sounds like a rookie. I think they're going to have to use him in spots until he figures out what the hell he's supposed to be doing besides rushing upfield.

Its good to know Ray didn't destroy this kid's bike by actually using it. I always wondered what happened in those cases.

Great shots of the '62 team in a scrimmage at what is now Clark Hinkle Field.

Those were awesome. I love the first one with Ray sitting down and sipping water out of the Dixie Cup. I can't believe Lombardi let him goldbrick like that.:-)

Confronted with that problem, Lombardi would have screamed at the next rookie that took too long getting a drink. He was pretty good at artfully displacing rage so he didn't have to yell at Nitschke or Starr.
I loved looking at those pictures. Lambeau Field hadn't yet acquired the green cladding that I remember from my boyhood. I was surprised to see that the Brown County Arena had already been built by '62.
Was 80 Boyd Dowler or was that before his time?

55,000 for a scrimmage? The rest of league has to be JEALOUS!
Great scene.
But I'm still smarting over last season's playoff loss after such a dominant regular season........

That is a sick number.
Put yourself on reset with a fat joint and get over that shit. New season, new day and I really like the Packs chances.

80 was a young rookie WR named Gary Barnes.
Boyd was #86 for his GBP career.

You can't go wrong with any of those. Cheesevader gets the edge for me. The kids love starwars. My little one would freak out to get a cheesevader cheese head. My older one is a Giants fan.

Is your older child named Bretsky? :)
And about that photo, what event was it and when does it fall next year?
Did I just see Swede has me quoted? Brings a tear to my eye I'm so honored to have said something worthwhile in my life...
