I wonder if it has something to do with the dearth of 3-4 defenses in the NFC. Our o-lines may not be as quick to pick up on the scheme, especially when they don't prep for the opponent ... as is typical in the very first preseason game.

This doesn't make it OK, but it might be a contributiong factor.

I think the offense will be pretty good. Favre, Driver, Jennings Ferguson, a few decent tight ends. Green being healthy would be huge.

True, I have alot of respect for the Vikings Fans that come into a Packers site and are actually positive contributors. Thats something that has impressed me so far here already. I think we will need what is already being suggested tonight for the Bears game. The Defense will have to step up and make big plays for us to win agianst the Bears.

True ... these are the throws that he makes and the announcers say things like "Only Favre can make that throw" ... but just as often these are picked. Happened a lot last year.
