I think Starks is lkely to be back in a month, and they don;t need him badly, certainly not soon.
Use exemption on House, he could be really valuable and might need more time to heal.

I think House will be healed enough to play before Starks. Just a hunch.

If I understand how the exemption works, it effectively gives the team another 1/2 roster spot for the year, with no additional hit to salary cap. I expect most teams have an injured guy who fits, and will use the exemption.

Ehh, I'm guessing bishop because he has the most dramatic injury of anyone out there, but he may be available for the playoffs... if they even want to bring him back at that point in the season.
