So guys where do the packers end up at the end of the regular season?
I think 13-3 with loses to SF, Hou and Det.
What say you?

12-4. That will win the division and give Packers 1st round bye as #2 seed in playoffs.

11-5 Rodgers gets his bell rung and misses two games(my biggest fear) due to uber sensitive NFL officials. Nonetheless Lombardi Trophy is back where it belongs in February.

8-8. But they will sweep the Vikings!

Home - 6-2
Niners - L
Bears - W
Saints - L
Jags - W
Cards - W
Vikes - W
Lions - W
Titans - W

Away- 5-3
Seahawks - W
Colts - W
Texans - L
Rams - W
Lions - L
Giants - W
Bears - L
Vikes - W

Overall - 11-5, win division but have to slug it out after winning wild card game at home with 2 road victories back to a 2nd Super Bowl victory in New Orleans for the Pack.

Big difference from last year - we'll have to be hungry going into the playoffs and just going for rest/etc.

We are the most talented team in football. We go 13-3 and win the superbowl. Start fast, then lose games they shoudn't mid season, and then we got back on track around playoff.

They look kinda 14-2ish to me. Worse than last year, but what are ya gonna do...?

10-6, but we win the division to make the playoffs as the #4 seed. NFC North is going to beat the hell out of themselves this year.

They start they year 1-3, the fans go wild calling for the heads of TT and MM.
MM has to keep his dog in his house 24/7 to keep it alive.
Rodgers has 8 picks through four games; fans wonder if he should be sat and Harrell given a start.
Finley keeps talking about what a great season he will have, as soon as he gets on the field and the QBs learn to throw to him.
Jennings has 11 receptions through four games, but insists his contract issue is not the reason.
Benson has three fumbles inside the Packers' 20 yard line in four games. All lead to opponents' TDs in close losses.
The Packers' pass defense is only minimally better than in 2011; but the Packers offense can't keep up this year.
Raji's ankle flares up along with Pickett's _____ (fill in the blank); the Packers give up rushing yards 5 at a time.

They finish the year at 9-7, but make the playoffs. They go to the wild card game, and.................................

12-4 with losses to Saints/Titans/Lions/Bears. I think this team is more talented than last year's team but won't be able to win 15 games with smoke and mirrors.

15-1 regular season with a surprise loss in week 15. Go into the playoffs with home field, but lose in the first round after putting one of their worst performances of the year.

Both! It will be an "everything that can go wrong, does go wrong" sort of year.

Or "goes right"! :-)

Seriously, I have no clue; and generally avoid any season predictions because by and large it comes down to injuries a lot of the time, both for the Packers and their opponents. A few years back they had a decent record, but faced backup QBs a good portion of the time. There is no way of predicting those. So, for a season prediction I usually just post a bunch of crap, as I did this time.

14-2 regular season, because shit happens twice, or the shitty replacement refs steal a couple.
17-2 overall because this team is good and pissed off about last year.

I got the Packers going 12-4. I think they lose 3 road games against the Bears, Lions, and Texans. I think they lose at home either against the Saints or the 49ers. I am guessing that they lose against the Saints.

Here is the thing, The Packers don't lose the games you think are going to lose on paper. They usually lay an egg against one team that is totally unexpected. I expect another loss to a team like Seattle or Minnesota. They won't lose against the Saints, or the 49ers.

Hate to say it, but we might be better off w/ the 2 seed or 3, and have to go to New Orleans to win a trip to the super bowl. Unless Ced Benson gives us a useful running attack we can count on in the cold and shitty conditions Green Bay is likely to encounter in Jan. This team is built for dome football. not cold weather.

You want to go to New Orleans in the playoffs? Since Payton/Brees arrived there, they're 3-0 at home in the playoffs, averaging almost 40 PPG. They're 0-3 on the road in the playoffs. If there's one team that's built to play in a dome, it's the Saints, not the Packers. New Orleans is about the last place I want to go in the playoffs.

The weather didn't cause the Packers' poor performance against the Giants last year. The weather was identical to New Years Day when they ripped apart the Lions defense with Rodgers and Jennings on the bench.

Just have a feeling about the Saints.

However we are built for a dome just as good as they are if not better. They have an edge in the running back department, but we have better receivers.

I like our chances in NO or Atl any time of the year. The fact NO has 3 running backs who would far and away be starters in GB and 2 of them are multi-talented runners and pass catchers, they make me nervous coming into GB w/ bad weather more than they scare me at home.

Like I said, unless Benson provides a running game that we haven't seen in several yrs, we just don't have the personnel to play in cold bad weather in January.

That said I'd still rather play the giants at home or any of the other cold weather city teams at home. But we are built like a warm weather/dome team on offense. A cold ball is not easy to catch as evidenced in the Giants game.

HFA aint what it used to be.

We are the most talented team in football.

...is that why we only got/need 7 OL guys to protect Rodgers?

I reluctantly predict a 11-5 season record & a 1-1 record in the postseason. On the bright side; AR gets his first PO Lambeau win.

3-13. Arod get concussed against the 49ers and again versus the Seahawks and never returns to the field in 2012.

Disclaimer: This prediction is based on information gathered from a talking brown recluse spider during a peyote induced vision quest. My sober prediction is 16-0 with a SB win versus the Kansas City Chiefs.

The schedule does not seem that difficult to me. Our toughest games are SF, @HOU, @NY, @DET and NO. The SF, DET and NY games happen to fall where we have extras time to prepare (1st game, and 2 games following a bye) which gives a slight advantage to us.

13-3
