The Vikes are showing that if you tackle and play decent D that the 49ers are beatable. The big thing is they tackle well, something GB hasn't grasped.

Plus, from what I'm hearing it sounds like the Vikings are getting the bounces and the calls today.

Seems like there have been 15 sacks in this Cowboys-Bucs game. Dallas can't seem to pass protect for shit.

Boy the officiating in the Wash-Cin game is pathetic. phantom face mask, missing blatant PI...maybe the regular refs are back....

Looks like the titans got a fg on their first possession. Now they have to hold Detroit. In saints game they are reviewing a play that shouldnt even be reviewed.

Kansas City did okay against a desperate 0-2 Saints team this week. The Saints opponents this year are collectively 3-0 against the Saints and 0-6 against the non-Saints.

It's entirely possible that the Saints just aren't good this year.

Yup - 17/31, 183 yds, 0 tds, 1 int, 58.9 QB rating.
Had they not won, the press would have been piling on even more.

Saints are winless, Steelers choked a game away to Oakland, the Iggles got torched, JJ Watt torched the Broncos o-line and the Lions get beat. Only one mor thing would be better...the Packers beating up Seattle Monday night.

That was one sloppy game. Both teams played like crap but somebody had to win.

someone on twitter pointed out today that the teams that have beaten no are 0-6 against everyone else. their defense gave up way over 500 yards today.

the ravens/pats game has to be one of the worst officiated game I've seen. the calls were equally shitty for both teams. this should be the poster game to push for the normal refs to come back.

It was pretty much a mess in the officiating dept. That being said, Belichick will be lighter in the wallet for grabbing the official at the end of the game. NFL needs to stop acting like hacks and get this resolved. Could you see a playoff or Super Bowl decided because of this??

Every prime-time game with refing like this and the announcers going off on the refs has to be driving Goodell nuts.

SF gets two challenges at the end of the game but had no TOs to challenge either time. After the first successful challenge, that couldn't happen because SF didn't have any TOs, the refs gave SF a TO back.

What's strange is that the replay guys upstairs are supposed to watch out or those types of fuck ups. Lame sauce either way.

I think time outs should work like vacation days. 3 per/half, 6/game. If you don't use any for 15 games, you should be able to call 90 time outs in your final regular season game.

Vick has had another crappy week. For all of the talk about the Eagles needing him to be healthy, he's been giving up the football at an alarming rate. 6 picks and 3 lost fumbles (5 total).

Will he be benched before the end of the year?

Also, the "new" Pats' D that Collingsworth was raving over last night for a while ("they look like the early 2000's Pats D") looked more like the 2011 Pats' D in giving up 503 yards last night to Flacco the Mad Bomber.

Ouch. How the hell does that happen? Don't they have a little counter like a ball-strike counter baseball umpires use? Look up at the scoreboard??? Funny the SF coach even tried, I'm sure he knew he couldn't challenge.

Obviously the game has gotten away from these refs and they are rattled by the attention and spotlight, can't think straight.

In other ref related news, Belichick grabbed a ref by the arm. I don't care who he is, he should be suspended. Heck, I tossed and had players suspended for touching me during intramural university games!
