Packers won.

Packers got jobbed.

Shields is back.

Hawk playing faster.

Worthy has some push.

M3 made some decent halftime adjustment.

OLine suspect run and pass.

Hayward is a player.

As is McMillan.

Walden playing better.

Perry will be good to very good at the end of the year.

Offense still out of sync. Something just ain't right.

I am about ready to lay my hands on some refs, myself........

One more positive: I got this feeling that this is going to piss the Packers off so much that they become very focused and play angry all year. This is the turning point and they start a dominating run.

Knocking the ball down is not a panacea, the last two NFL Hail Mary's I remember that scored were off knockdowns. Batting the ball is not enough, you need to grab it and slam it into the turf liek Favre used to do on batted passes.

I have to admit, outside of a winning 1 yard touchdown run at about the 2 minute mark, this is the next best outcome. Nobody can believe this. I never thought I'd miss the NFL refs, but holy shit, they have to be lauging their asses off from their couches. I will never boo a real ref again. They can make a mistake or two a game, and I'll eat their shit and smile while doing it.

Run the ball more than four times in the first half, especially with a fierce pass rush and hostile environment. They were lathered up, played into their hands for 30 minutes.

I kind of do too. They needed a nasty edge, and this will do that to ya.

You know you have reached a low point when the NBA looks like a well reffed league.

Somewhere, David Stern is having a good laugh at Roger Goodell.

The media loves this.

The call itself
The Packers just leaving the field
AR calling it aweful

Belichick through a fit on Sunday Night, then this on Monday night.

I just love the way AR just kept talking about how shitty the call was. Just hillarious. He knew he was taking the fine, and just made the best of it. This whole thing is turning into a big hilarious circus.

YOu can see the refs hand up signaling TD in the bottom of the screen. Unbelievable.

Im glad Rodgers is blowing his top. He didnt do so well in the first half but in the second half did what he had to do to win the game. Too bad these puke refs stole it with their fuckup.

I think the ref got confused and thought Green Bay was on offense. I am being completely serious.

Makes more sense than any other explanation I have heard.

The call against Shields was just as bad. It put the Packers way in the hole, and resulted in the last Seattle possession being started at the packer 45.

I'll give them a pass on the Walden roughing the passer call. That was the one that changed the game, but there was a susect roughing call on the Seahawks earlier.

But the replacement refs have now officially cost a team a game.

Ya, it really took the three calls together to swing this game.

I also suspect the replay reversal giving Rodgers a first down at the one would have been much more debated as well, had the Packers won the game.

I didn't look closely at replays, but I thought Jennings had the first down on the play before. Thus, I thought it was funny that they screwed up enough that justice was served.

Here is my post-mortem, I am not watching any more non-Packer NFL games until this gets straightened out. No more Thursday, Sunday or Monday night games until the real refs are back.

The only thing Goodell can do to make it up now is to arrange a cagefight between Ed Hochuli and the ref crew of yesterday. Make it happen!

Apparently you can score a TD by catching the guy who caught the ball. Didn't realize that was a new rule change this offseason.
