Ok, how was that drop back, then throw straight at the ground (short of the LOS?) NOT an intentional grounding?

I know, it puts them at fourth down, and they have to punt, but that should've still been called.

Screen pass, threw it at the feet near the RB

pbmax

Time for us to answer. We are too good to think that the game was over. 10 more points wins this. 7 more probably. If we don't score again, we lose.

Tafoya asked him what they told the critics tonight and he said: "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

Wood was great too. Talking about how the team still thinks of itself as the favorite. Love that this team goes against the grain and doesn't simply play the chip on the shoulder public routine.

Remember how you always felt Sherman was one or two games away from losing control or the team/locker room during a bad stretch? Never get that feeling with McCarthy. I think we now know what Thompson though was Pittsburgh tough.

If we hadn't gotten the win stolen in Seattle, we'd be feeling much better at 4-2 considering the teams we've played. The teams we've played are a combined 19-9.

I felt good about this game the moment J.J. Watt taunted ARod with the belt. Does it ever work for opposing defensive players when they do that?

Boykin is active. Twitter is speculating Driver won't see the field. :)

Neither showed up on the stat sheet. I don't think either was targeted with a pass, either. They did show DD and his brother on TV though.

I think that was michaels who said that. thought it was cheap too.

I didn't think it was backhanded. The Packers games have gone LWLWLW. The win against the Bears, Saints, and Texans were all good wins where either the defense or the offense showed up big. They laid eggs in the other three games. So I thought it legitimate to say that the Packers are back...for one game at least. They have to do it a few games in a row.

Great statement win, but let's keep it up.

Raji should never start at nose tackle while Pickett can walk.

Please discuss.

I've been wondering this for a while too. Pickett is great in the middle, and on the edge, Raji can get one on one more often. Win win.

Rodgers is just the cockiest son of a gun.

No, I always feel like no matter all the egos he's got the biggest balls in the room and everyone's comfortable with that.

Except his balls. They might feel a little cramped.

His rookie year he played great as a DE with Picket at the NT spot...why did they change?

JJ should know better seeing he's from WI that you mock the belt at your own risk.

The last time I can remember someone doing the belt after sacking Rodgers was the Atlanta Falcon playoff game (and I might even be misremembering ). We all know how that ended for them.

Yup, wasn't that John Abraham?

When facing a team with a strong running game, I concur. Against a strong passing team however, I think Raji gives you more pressure up the middle.

Despite my excitement last night, there is at least on note of caution. Pickett and the run D looked very good (also remember 47 yards of their run game was with backups in garbage time) but the Texans own field cost them at least three runs (maybe more) when the RB simply went down in a heap after either being just grazed or not touched. And that seemed to be a result of the 12th defender, the Reliant Stadium turf. You would think the home team would know how to deal with it better.

Raji was OK as a DE but he largely filled in for pass rush his rookie year. I think he is much more natural inside and his body type matches that.

I would simply prefer that, as joe mentioned, they mix and match them some more, perhaps that Eagle scheme where Pickett is the nose and Raji is 3 tech, to free Raji even more and let Pickett do some of the shock absorbing.

IIRC, Henry Melton did it during GB vs. Chicago....
