Suggs is coming back from his partial Achilles tear in April.

You just can't do that. I'm putting money up against a Ravens fan that he pops it yet this season, and it looks like even he won't give me better than even odds.

I thought he had a complete tear. Are you sure it was only a partial? If it's a partial, those things vary a lot in recovery time depending on the degree of tornness. But yeah, the chances of a complete rupture certainly go up, especially in a body that is pushing 40.
