"Our Falcons observers tell us veteran RS Allen Rossum could be on his way out of Atlanta. Rossum battled injuries most of last season and hasn’t come close to returning to his Pro Bowl form of 2004. Complicating matters for Rossum is that rookie WR Adam Jennings has excelled in training camp returning punts and kicks and is also competing for the No. 3 WR job."
(Pro Football Weekly)

I'd like to see Rossum back in Green bay.

Amen, Shadow!

Rodgers is a train wreck at returner. I fear Woodson getting ripped up like Sproles did in the first preseason game.

It'd be worth a shot if he was available.

Problem is... who would you end up cutting on the final roster to keep him (if this all worked out)?

Is it time to bite the bullet on Cory Rodgers and is Allan Rossum an answer for us? He

We need to be careful here, certainly Rossum has been good but he's getting up there in age. He'll be 31 years old in October.

The age concerns me. Do we really want to cut someone with at least a speck of potential over an aging KR who is on his last legs?

Yeah, just cut Rodger trigga happy ass and forget about Rossum.

I am actually amazed that he's not fielding punts. What will he do in Chicago and Green Bay - come mid November through Late December?

As I shake my head.
