I thought throwing a ball into the stands only cost you the price of the ball. Why shouldn't fans farther up have a shot at a ball, and not just the nice kid in the first row?

Just remember, you get fined 5K if your socks slip down too.

Lawsuit from fan brawl for ball. Or worst scenario, someone going over a railing and falling.

Its no fine and just cost of ball to hand it to a fan.
