40 Combined sacks, hits and hurries produced by OLBs Dezman Moses and Eric Walden on 581 pass rushes. (Clay Matthews, who missed four games with a hamstring issue, had 49 on 357.)

Solution The return to health of Matthews and Nick Perry (who went on IR after wrist surgery in Week 10) will help. If that's not enough, the Packers could draft pieces for 3-4D. Some intriguing talent is likely to be available at No. 26, such as 6'8" SMU end Margus Hunt and Auburn's Corey Lemonier.

AND THEN? Find a stable running back or retain Cedric Benson who went out in Week 5 with a Lisfarnc injury...Either commit to TE Jermicahel Finley or draft his replacement. Cincinnati's Travis Kelce might fit the bill.

This sounds good to me...

Keep Finley, and draft a guy with potential later in the draft and see if you can develop him.

And for gosh sakes, draft some more defense!

IMO Finley's body is too beat-up to resume to that 2009 playoff level.

Finley was a 3rd rounder -- appears that increased tight end prospects are emerging and maybe another could be found on the second day.

I'm not against drafting a TE - I just think Finley will be productive next year, and I'd like to see that happen in a Packer uniform.

Maybe Finley can be brought in as a pass rushing specialist? Earn that money.

Isn't it a little silly for them to compare Walden & Moses to one of the elite pass rushers in the entire league? If they want to impress us with the problem stat of "40 in 581", they should give us an idea of how that compares to good, but not elite pass rushers.

Reporting that someone isn't as good at rushing the passer as Matthews doesn't really tell us much.

Walden sucks. Moses was adequate but not particularly good.

Maybe Jermichael Finley needs to talk more to James Jones about talking more to himself?
